Here's a place for people who don't take homeopathic suppliments or see a psychic. People who appreciate Martin Gardner, Michael Shermer and other writers for publications like The Skeptic and Skeptical Inquirer.

I think that you'll feel a focus of energy if you concentrate on any part of your body long enough.

I'm not surprised that the pelvic bowl would be a center of your energy zones, there are many physiological reasons for this. The siatic (psy-at-ic) nerve bundle resides down there, our reproductive organs, and lots of other squishy little houses of vital importance are in that area of the body. When you concentrate on these things your body reacts with subtle, and not so subtle, shifts in hormone balance changing your mood and feelings.

I do feel these changes and shifts in myself when I use Kundalini yoga and meditations but I'm far too much of a skeptic to feel l that there is anything going on beyond my body's own rumblings.

Fifi, You want to divert attention away from the subject of Kundalini?

      hmmm.. I wonder why?

Fifi, you belong to a Buddhism tribe as well as a yoga tribe.. so you must have thought of kundalini. I bet you have.

What do you think of kundalini?
