I like his bit on astronomy's simple names as opposed to the latinate polysyllabic nomenclatures ( <-- there you go, perfect example) of other sciences: spots on the sun? sunspots! a big red spot on Jupiter? The Great Red Spot! (not to mention black holes.)

He has a great bit about Intelligent Design, including: if this supposed designer is so intelligent, why did he put the fun centre and the sewage processing centre right next to each other when he designed us? His expressions while discussing it all are priceless; speaks for us all here in that sense.
