Unless there is some stated reason to change, what is the issue with the current moderator?
-
An active moderator is always a good idea. And there's been some weird trolling activity around tribe lately.
I must say, this tribe has been relatively barren until I raised the topic. I can't imagine why anyone would be invested in keeping an MIA moderator "current."
-
I'm suddenly in favor of keeping MIA as moderator.
I see no moderation missing here..
Perhaps MIckey is part of Microsoft move to monopolize moderation on tribe.net.
I'm on the record as an anti-moderate as far as moderation goes. "Moderate moderation" shall be the plaintive cry. (and it *will be plaintive*) -
-
Skylar - I believe you're on the record as a friend of !Alex!'s who just joined this tribe, coincidentally at the same time !Alex! did. Not that you're not welcome if you're genuinely interested in the focus of this tribe. I'm just skeptical that you're here for much more than to be disruptive like !Alex!.

-
Fifi, I'd prefer that you not address me directly... I find your tone grating and dare I say it.. bordering on the paranoid.
I have explained how I came to join this tribe. I didn't even know my friend !alex was in here. I think perhaps you can return to berating !Alex (or not : ) as I certainly do not merit the less than friendly reception you're flingng my way.
I gently suggest that you take whatever you and !Alex have going on back to EH from whence it came....
-
Okay, but obviously I have to directly address you to say that *lol* I love the "don't talk to me but I'm going to insult you while I tell you not to respond" crap people pull! I find your attitude kidna lame considering you just joined this tribe - particularly with your unwillingness to understand how someone may be skeptical. It's not paranoid to think someone is likely to repeat what they'd previously done. That's just common sense. As I said, I find your entrance here odd in that it's coincides with the appearance of your friend who, in my experience, likes to make his efforts a tag team affair. I've also noted that it may just be a coincidence. I'm pretty sure you won't enjoy a lot of this tribe if you've already got your back up. I'd expect myself to be questioned in the same situation *shrug*

-
whatever.
I'm not into drama, Fifi.
I'll be the one to decide if I enjoy this tribe or not...but if you wish, I'll be sure to keep you posted. I don't judge an entire tribe by one single member. -
-
Well this tribe has been pretty drama free up until this point, which is also one of the things I like about it and one of the reasons I spoke up when !Alex! showed up working his schtick. I take it you don't mind other people stirring up drama so much when it's directed towards others?
-
-
lol.
jesus christ fifi what is going on?
who are these people? -
-
<------ skeptic...just your garden variety skeptic, Matthew. Thanks for asking : )
-
-
haha. oh tribe. it's so silly sometimes.
it's not like this tribe isn't dead anyway! come hang out on the atheist tribe! -
-
This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded."Now, kids - am I going to have to pull this car over and make you walk home?"
Last time I looked at the Atheist tribe (having quit it a while back, not because I found Jeezis or anything), it had been spammed/cross-posted and the noise-to-signal ratio didn't look so good. But whatever...
-
This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded. Thanks for the warm invitation, Matthew...I do like the vibe in the Atheists tribe....from my new..um..perspective things look downright chummy over there.
I thought this would be a similar bunch of people..Mickey etc and all.
Most tribes are barely alive... so I'm kind of surfing around looking for more active ones... alas there aren't many.
